SonLight Power Honduras Project

Having met Allan Rainey at the National Missionary Conference, we soon received a call and within weeks were on a plane with a work team headed to Choluteca, Honduras to record the installation of three solar systems on schools outside the electric grid. At Allen’s request, one of the shorts had to be shot and edited there in Honduras. With our laptop and camera batteries being powered by the sun and the school’s solar plates, we managed to produce a compressed three minute video of an installation. Imagine, if you can, the thrill of a classroom of 7-12 year old Honduran children witnessing the miracle of a simple light bulb being ignited!
